2007 YORK FEDERAL FELLOWS

	Jane Conover, YWCA of York, plans to participate in the World YWCA International Conference of Women in Nairobi, Kenya; and take a class in motivational speaking and writing through the Creativity Workshop.
	Jessica Hayden, Susquehanna Folk Music Society, will research African music, participate in drumming classes and travel to Africa to study the role that African slaves played in the formation of American folk traditions.
	Suzanne McConkey, Center for Community Engagement, York College, will spend a week at the Banff Centre in Alberta, Canada in a program that focuses on building personal leadership.
	Mary McGrath, Adams Hanover Counseling Services, will participate in the 2007 National Human Capital Institute in Phoenix, AZ; take a course on creative writing; and learn to practice the healing art of Reiki.
	Keith Peterson, Penn-Mar Organization, will participate in Harvard University's Strategic Perspectives in Non Profit Management; and attend Duke University’s Leadership Conference: Building World-Class Leadership Teams.
	Joanne Riley, Cultural Alliance of York County, will attend Harvard University's Strategic Perspectives in Non Profit Management; spend one week with the Fine Arts Fund in Cincinnati, OH; and attend a writer's retreat at LilyDale.
