Ann Davis, DreamWrights Youth and Family Theater Ann plans to visit theaters around the country to gain useful tips to enhance her programming while "feeding her soul" through travel. Ann also will work with an Executive Coach to enhance her leadership and communications skills in times of change. |

Michael Thew, Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12 Michael will attend the annual conference for the Association of Educational Service Agencies in Michigan, which will provide him with the tools to serve as a resource to his school districts as they "maneuver the maze of the federal education system." Michael will then treat himself to a health spa and visiting small, unique craft and boutique businesses. |

Debbie Loucks, Housing Authority of York To add to her professional development, Debbie will attend a management training program on making decisions under pressure and eliminating chaos. She will also visit successful assisted living programs operated by Housing Authorities. Debbie also plans to attend a health resort in the Berkshires to restore herself. |

Tamara Miller, Windy Hill Senior Center Tamara seeks to network with others in the field of aging at the National Council on Aging annual conference in 2011. While at the conference, Tamara will explore "cutting edge senior center models" and attend a one-day workshop centered around community partnerships, building endowment funds, achieving financial independence, and using social media. She will also pursue a life-long dream of visiting Italy for a week-long tour that will include a cooking class. |
