Through a charitable gift annuity, you arrange to receive lifetime income with the remainder going to the Community Foundation for charitable purposes.
You may name a new fund, an existing fund, or a specific group or organization to ultimately benefit from your gift annuity with the Community Foundation.
You can give cash, appreciated stocks, or other assets.
You receive an immediate charitable tax deduction and some of the lifetime income you receive is not taxed.
A charitable gift annuity is a simple contract between you and the Community Foundation that is easy to set up.
