Through this small grants program, the Community Foundation will evaluate proposals and post appropriate applications for donors to review and consider for funding. Nonprofit Community Support Grants proposals of up to $10,000 will be considered for evaluation and posting on the Community Foundation’s website for donors to review. Grants are awarded across the interest areas of arts and culture, civic affairs, community/economic development, education, the elderly, youth, health and human services, and the environment.
Nonprofit Community Support Grants require complete applications by April 1st. Proposals should include the Grant Application Summary Form and a one page narrative that includes five paragraphs to address criteria listed on the Application Checklist.
